I have close to 25 years of being employed in the health care field in many aspects, such as, hospitals, private specialty physician groups as well as home health care. I am a very honest, hard working, trustworthy and caring person that truly enjoys working with seniors. I am very compassionate and enjoy taking care of patients, especially seniors. I am a medical assistant who prefers working in a respite care situation. I believe that I have the type of personality that is able to adapt well to patients with any situation. My personal experience was working with an Alzheimer patient and I believe that she taught me many things. It was a very enriching experience for me as I learned the many faces of Alzheimer's. I was her companion/sitter, also did light housekeeping, light meal prep, light exercise and gave her medication reminders.
